During each interview, we ask a standard set of questions, but we also invite interviewees to share whatever they feel is important to their life story. Because of this, many interviewees share personal stories from different historical eras or recollect aspects of their lives and traditions that they find meaningful. We have organized many of our interviews by common themes to make them easier to find.
